Appointment cancellation policy
All of our clients, by contacting and booking an appointment with one of our coaches/physiotherapists accept that:

  • The session must be paid for in advance or on the day of the consultation, immediately after the treatment/training received.
  • In case of contracting a COUPON, the amount of the same must be paid in full before the first session or immediately at the end of the first session, without the possibility of postponing or fragmenting the payment of the coupon.
  • The sessions, in case of not being able to attend, must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
  • In case of not being able to attend the session and not having given sufficient notice, 50% of a session of 1 hour duration will be charged (without applying any type of discount, promotion or being a member of the installation).
  • In the case of a COUPON session, if you do not attend the appointment and you do not give enough notice, the session will be considered lost without the possibility of retaking it.
  • COUPONS have a maximum expiry date of 1 year after the date of purchase.
  • If the patient does not wish to carry out the sessions and has paid the amount of these previously, we will not refund the money. An agreement may be reached between the patient, the physiotherapist and the clinic in an exceptional case. Dear clients/patients/students, you are our priority. We strive and continue to train every day with the sole purpose of being able to serve you better. We ask for your understanding and empathy in the aforementioned aspects.
Payment of services
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro) in addition to PayPal and cash. It is necessary that your bank has previously enabled your card for on-line payments.

In the card payment process and after entering the card details, your bank will usually require an additional level of security, being necessary to enter the code received through an SMS message or a coordinate if you have a card with coordinates.  Until then, the reservation payment operation will not be completed.

In case of any incident or difficulty in this process, please contact our customer service team and we will offer you other alternatives.
